Products are shipped worldwide from Malaysia. (Exclude EU and Northern Ireland due to GPSR)
In-stock items will need 2-5 days of processing time and orders will be shipped out by the end of each week. For pre-orders items will take around 1-2 weeks of making before shipping them out.
Note: If you have purchased both in-stock items and pre-order items in the same transaction, please note that we will be shipping out your order when the pre-order item is ready to be shipped. Be mindful that it will take longer time as pre- order items need time to make.
What is fulfillment sale?
- Fulfillment sale is a sale that we are open to take orders for a period of time for a design and after the sale ends, we will proceed with sculpting the orders and shipped them out when they are ready.
- Fulfillment sales are usually 1 time sale and usually we would not reopen the sale for a design after it ends unless there's a huge demand or we decided we want to reopen.
What's the currency for the price?
- The prices are in US dollar.
Can I combine shipping for multiple purchase?
- Yes, you can. If you had made several purchase and would like to combine the shipment to save on shipping fee, please do contact us! Extra shipping fee will be refunded as long as your orders haven't been shipped out.
Where do I key in the discount code?
- There should be a box for discount code in the checkout page after you fill in your shipping details.
About Shipping
- Orders will be shipped out via PosMalaysia and tracking number would be given if you have selected Tracked shipping. Details will be written below :
Local Malaysia (ETA: 1-7 business days) :
Tracked : 2 USD
Everywhere Else (ETA: 10-21 business days) :
International (Tracked) : 15 USD
International (Untracked) : 10 USD
*Please do note that for 'Untracked', there will be no tracking number given and if the parcel had gone missing, we and the courier will be unable to track it down.
Note : Phone number will be required during checkout. It will only to be used by the courier to contact you when delivering your package.
